Project Accountant 12 Months role Portsmouth up to £29.50ph/ltd

Project Accountant 12 Months role with Leading Defence Organisation based in Portsmouth, up to £29.50ph/Ltd. Opportunity in financial management of unique projects with a global leader in the Defence sector.

Opportunities for Project Accountants to work with highly reputable company in Portsmouth on large scale projects, working to deadlines and taking charge of financial reports, part qualified CIMA/ACCA or equivalent experience would be desirable.

The successful candidate will be required to perform tasks suitable to the internal level of this role, applicable to the highly interesting and unique projects.

The role will contain, but will not be limited to, the following;
*Completion of IBP
*Monthly Reporting's
*CSRs
*Sales and Margin Trading plans
*Cash Management and Bid support within reporting deadlines
*Satisfy all reporting deadlines and requirements, ensuring all financial plans have been agreed with the contract owners, are achievable and represent a true and fair view of the financial health of the contracts
*Financial control and governance applied in accordance with the BAE Systems Operational Framework, Financial Controls Framework and Finance Policies Manual, to satisfy all Internal Control requirements, including external and internal audit processes
*Working in cross functional teams to drive continuous improvement of project processes
