Programmer & Data Analyst

As Programmer and Data Analyst your role will be to streamline demand and risk adjustment calculation software (RAF) by automating the existing system, to build exception reports to streamline demand calculations and to perform investigations into RAF capabilities (incl. algorithm) to determine whether RAF is to be refined, or replaced.

You will also enhance reporting capabilities by the development of dashboards and data visualization (supplier performance, recruitment and attrition, vacancy measurement etc). You will also develop/build a recruitment/tracking database to streamline process and integrate the recruitment process directly to the forecast (on time data capture). Develop macros which build tables, shells and data visualization for ppt. presentations, and to do further enhancements as agreed.

The role will be supporting the Director of Operations in the development/refinement of in-house systems to enable Operations to work more efficiently. You will need to be an expert in Excel (incl. advanced macros development), Visual Basic Programming, SQL, Access Database programming and data visualization and must add-value to the current team's portfolio of advance technology skills
