Role: Programmer Analyst
Contract: 6 months
Rate: $60 per hour
Start: ASAP
Location: Montreal
SUMMARY OF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Programmer Analyst is responsible for providing support, maintenance and analysis of our client's collection system (Latitude and Noble). This role also includes support collection system outside of working hours and be available to answer calls from users of the system.
The Programmer/Analyst is also required to support other applications. Good knowledge of French and English, both oral and written required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Helping to support existing applications.
- Analyze problems and develop resolutions of problems for existing applications.
- Design, code and test the changes.
- Coordinate activities with suppliers
- Interface with users.
- Making improvements on request.
- Dealing with users, and knowing the analysis phase of the development cycle.
- Respond to support calls as needed.
- Plan and execute testing changes
- Coordinate activities for testing programs within the designated/assigned projects as needed.
WORK EXPERIENCE
- At least 2 years of programming experience.
- At least 3-5 years experience in Information Technology in the support and maintenance of the systems.
SPECIAL SKILLS
- Technical Strong oral and written communication.
- Good coordination with suppliers
- Knowledge of Latitude/Noble system or other collection system (Asset)
- Knowledge of Java,
- Knowledge of SQL/PLSQL language
- Knowledge of SQL DBMS MS
- Knowledge of SDLC process.
- Very good knowledge of French and English, both oral and written.
