Programme Test Manager

With an opportunity to work with as a critical resource on a large, industry defining project you will assume responsibility for all testing across a multi-million dollar project. Working with top-tier vendors and technology and business colleagues you will drive testing capabilities for delivery of a world-class trading and clearing engine.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Drive the delivery of first class testing solutions across Trading and Clearing projects
- Assume responsibility as an SME with respect to the testing programme
- Influence future development of the test strategies
- Maintain strong relationships with development, project and vendor teams throughout the SDLC and project critical path
- Work across both high and low level requirements as required ensuring effective delivery of the testing solutions and management of the testing function/team

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- Previous experience as a Programme Test Manager within a large scale financial markets environment in Asia
- Experience in driving enterprise level testing programmes
- Proven financial markets knowledge and experience (Derivatives/Equities)
- Proven record in managing and motivating medium-large teams
- Ability to interact with senior and junior level stakeholders
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to build and present reports

Excellent communication skills are essential. A tertiary qualification in Information Technology or Computer Science is highly advantageous, as well as relevant industry certification.
