Programme Scheduler (NATO)

Support the Programme Manager in the management of programme schedules.
*Facilitate schedule status meeting with team members and the other providers
*Develop a cohesive and logical programme schedule suitable for planning, prioritising and monitoring the team's workload
*Establish and monitor delivery to the schedule baseline
*Maintain and update the Integrated Master Schedule and supporting schedules on a weekly basis
*Maintain configuration control of the schedule baseline
*Ensure monthly update and issue of the Integrated Master Schedule to team members and customers
*Maintain documentation, including execution and audit of the programme's scheduling process
*Present and participate in schedule reviews
Develop schedules, records, validation and analysis update and changes to the schedule and report impacts to management.

Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information SC as a minimum must be held to be considered.

The applicant must be fluent in English. The ability to speak French or Flemish as plus
*Good working knowledge of modern scheduling and planning tools and techniques
*Demonstrable experience of large scale, complex programmes, including the management of schedule, risk, cost and the application of Earned Value Management (EVM)
*Excellent working knowledge of MS Project
*Proven ability to apply sound logic when translating information into a logical sequence of events, which require fully linked dependencies
*Knowledge in the maintenance and control of Integrated Master Schedules
*An interest in learning and applying all aspects of EVM to include the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Organisational Breakdown Structure (OBS), Responsibility Assignment Matrix (RAM), work package structure, Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB) and PMB change control
*The candidate must have some knowledge and a willingness to learn the techniques of planning and scheduling in a complex design programme
*Proven ability to understand and work with a technical and multi skilled team
*Proven strong analytical skills
*Enthusiastic, self-motivated and committed to one's duties and responsibility
