Programme Resourcing Manager

Purpose:
Programme Resourcing Manager reports to the Head of UK Resourcing Operations and will provide flexible programme/project management resource, in line with the Programme objectives.

Skills and experience:
Communicates with credibility, demonstrating the ability to negotiate and influence others
Experience of managing large Resourcing programmes
Proven ability to prioritise and manage conflicting demands and requirements
Experience or working in a complex Matrix organisation
Understanding of the full recruitment life cycle and direct sourcing methodologies
Demonstrates attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrates consulting, planning, and project management skills.
Possesses intellectual capability, strong analytical and conceptual skills, and fundamental business knowledge.
Team player who is able to work well on own initiative in challenging situations and in a Matrix environment.
Well-organised with a proactive "can do" and 'will do' attitude
Strong, flexible stakeholder management skills
Presents, explains and interprets information accurately, clearly and in an appropriate way
Advanced IT skills including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Able to commute and travel to all L& G offices on an ad hoc basis
