Programme Portfolio Investment Governance Manager - Investment

Programme Portfolio Investment Governance Manager - Investment Bank. A leading investment bank are undertaking a major, bank-wide strategic change programme review for their whole technology function. There exists a portfolio of all technology programmes within the bank which requires an experienced Programme Portfolio Governance Manager to drive efficiencies, cut costs and industrialize these efficiencies.

You will be required to provide detailed financial governance at a programme portfolio level, including reviewing the return on investment spends, very detailed P&L review for specific programmes, and track spending, reporting up to the executive board.

You should apply for this role if you are:

- 15+ years exceptional experience in major global organisations, preferably financial
- Experience managing investment spend across a portfolio of programmes in the $100m's or $bn's
- Track record of implementing programme governance for investment spend approval
- Detailed P&L autopsy reviews and P&L fine-combing
- Board-level stakeholder management and reporting skills
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA etc.)

This is a contract role at £1000 - £1500/day based London.
