Our client, a Global technology company is seeking a Programme Marketing Coordinator to be based in Reading on an initial 12 month contract.

Key responsibilities include:

*Work closely with the Enterprise Audience Marketing Team, Business Groups, Partner, Services, Enterprise Sales Managers and Teams to lead the programme of events to drive customer excitement, lead generation, opportunity acceleration, advocacy and high satisfaction within Enterprise organisations.
*Develop recommendations around key design factors for each event including location, date/time, registrations, event flow, space requirements, catering and production needs.
*Lead planning with the Events Team to deliver a high quality programme of event activities, from invitations to post-event communications and follow-up.
*Maintain all relevant events within the overall Event Calendar.
*Applies quality assurance processes for all events to ensure compliance with defined objectives, strategies, requirements, and budget.
*Obtains feedback and makes recommendations to improve event execution excellence for future events.
*Manages outsourced event, production and creative vendors to ensure that they execute event against intended results.
*Ensures consistency of messaging and branding across all events. Increases clients share of voice and image by enforcing adherence to the brand values and tone in all event operations and communications.
*Designs, measures and tracks event metrics and evaluations for future event marketing activities as well as data for sales operations and opportunity creation.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

*Ability to work under pressurized deadlines and maintain high quality outputs
*Strong problem solving capability, able to demonstrate creativity and programme improvement
*Works well in teams and maintain consistently strong working relationships
*Knowledge of Enterprise sales organization preferred.
*The Programme Marketing Coordinator must be a team player and have excellent cross company collaboration capability.
*Able to cope with and manage multiple demands
*Effective communication skills both verbal & written
*Excellent time management
*Experience working within a Sales/Marketing environment.
*Proven ability to deliver projects accurately and on time
