Programme Manager - Voice and Telephony

Our client, a blue chip financial services organisation, based in Edinburgh is looking for the services of a Programme Manager for an initial 6 month contract.

The client has recently selected a new technology provider for Voice and Telephony that requires an out-source of their current platform onto a cloud solution. As well as the introduction of new capabilities, the client need to ensure that the existing IT functions and Business areas will integrate with this technology partner seamlessly.

The successful candidate will be required to deliver this important programme of work and will have the following skills and experience as a minimum:

- Significant experience as a Senior Project/Programme Manager
- Considerable exposure to Contact Centre, Voice and Telephony technologies
- Prince II (or similar) qualification
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with senior/board level stakeholders
- Financial services sector experience (ideally retail banking)
