Job Description:
Must have telecom domain experience. Preferably 5+ years exposure in BSS/OSS implementation, transformation and operation experience.
Customer communication and multi vendor handling skill.
Should have understanding of SDLC, agile methodology
Expert understanding of software development life cycle
Demonstrate in-depth understanding of TechM's working model, business areas, technology and markets.
Aligns all the projects/components of the programme to ensure that they deliver the expected outcomes and benefits
Manages multiple projects while continuously anticipating new needs and ensuring that the right resources are deployed at the right time
Critically evaluates industry/domain trends and recommends appropriate shifts in functional or business strategy
Introduces new and cutting-edge industry practices in the business unit or functional domain to be ahead of the curve
