To be considered for this role, applicants should have the following experience:
* Demonstrable success in a programme management role
* Knowledge of Solvency II
* Knowledge of financial reporting in an insurance company
* Experience of working with actuaries
* A proven track record of delivering complex solutions on finance projects
* Strong stakeholder management, influencing skills, strong communication skills with senior delivery and business stakeholders
* Leadership skills (will be responsible for Matrix managing a multi-disciplinary team of 40-60 individuals)
