Randstad IT Professionals is still seeking a PROGRAMME MANAGER- SAP data center migration candidate for one of our clients in Zurich. This is an ongoing transformation project for 12 months where you would be teaming up with another Data Migration consultant and helping out with the SAP part.
Tasks:
Develop the data migration methodology and implementation plan
Management of large scale SAP data migrations and Consolidations covering multiple geographies
Management of in-house and outsourced providers covering many remote locations
Highly proficient in managing multiple stakeholders, especially application owners who may be resistant to the project
Ability to communicate at senior Exec level and also drill down to ensure teams resolve technical problems
This role will be mentally and physically tough so a directive style, resilience & perseverance will be essential to success
Desired Experience:
Strong proven experience leading full life cycle Data center Migration projects in SAP (Global Scale)
A thorough understanding and experience with the entire data migration process: from analysis of existing data, cleansing, validation, translation tables, conversions and subsequent upload into the new platform
Stakeholder Management
