Programme Manager - Retail Banking - Chester

Leeds: Programme Manager - up to £450 per day.

EA Change Group's Chester based Banking client urgently requires a motivated and enthusiastic Programme Manager to join them on a contract basis.

The role will entail working within the Credit & Fraud Operations tem within Group Operations.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- Leads, directs and controls the delivery of diverse cross functional programmes
- Responsible for shaping and leading major change initiatives which implement business strategies.
- Optimises resources across programmes and projects to ensure delivery to agreed business plans within cost, quality and timescale objectives, and ensures that the benefits identified in the business case can be realised.
- Leads a team of change professionals as a Matrix project team
