Programme Manager/Project Manager - Retail Estates - Multiple

My client, a prestigious retail organisation based in the North West, are currently looking to attract an experienced Construction Programme Manager on a contract basis. The Construction Programme Manager will have experience as a senior project manager/Programme Manager delivering multiple complex projects within retail estates.

The client is going initiating an aggressive expansion in the number of their convenience stores, and the construction Programme Manager is required to deliver the construction of multiple sites. The Construction Programme Manager will be delivering programmes of work which may contain 200+ projects.

The Construction Programme Manager will be required to partner with stakeholders to define and schedule new build, acquisition and extension programmes according to key dependencies and geography.

This is 100% business change role and technical specialists will not be considered.

Skills and Experience required:

- Construction Programme Management/senior project management experience within a retail environment is essential
- Convenience store delivery experience highly preferable
- Extensive experience of complex programme delivering, with an ability to co-ordinate large numbers of programmes and projects
- Experience in influencing senior managers, with an ability to communicate to a variety of stakeholders
- Contracting/sub-contracting experience
- Must be comfortable with supplier management

Location: North West

Day Rate: market rate

Contract Length: 20 weeks
