Must have good Pega experience and ideally with the Pega Call Centre product.
Your role will be to help recover a project. So previous experience of getting projects back on track would be ideal.
This is a multi-phase project and the work is expected to last for 10 months +.
Really looking for someone who can provide a management layer (above a third party) who have been given end-to-end delivery of the project. Stakeholders have unfortunately lost faith in the project plans and deliverables and things are already tracking behind.
The development team are off-shore - so previous experience of remote management would be a real help.
The right candidate will be able to get a firm hold of the project, guide the re-plan and regain the confidence of the stakeholders.
Pega experience is a must.
