Programme Manager with operational change experience in the life or re-insurance market is required by a reinsurance company based in Singapore. My client is looking for a senior programme (program) manager who will be leading team of 2 project managers with a Matrix team of 40 FTE's to define, and implement global operational change that will effect the working practices of 50% of the global work force.
We are looking for an experience program manager who has take hold of these kinds of projects, prior experience of working in Singapore would be a huge advantage.
