Programme Manager - Operational Change (Insurance)
Programme Manager required for my client, a world leading global brand name in the Insurance sector. They require a Programme Manager who specialises in operational and business change to oversee a considerable programme of operational change across their life assurance business.
Candidates with life assurance and reinsurance experience within insurance would be preferred however Programme Manager experience within insurance is essential. You will be responsible for a small cluster of project managers and will be running a Matrix team of around 40 internal resources. Experience of running internal programmes in a Matrix environment is therefore desirable.
Daily rate is flexible/negotiable for the right candidate. Primary location will be Singapore as visa requirements are pretty straight forward. Ability to attain an work permit or working for Australia would be advantageous for international business travel.
