Programme Manager - Off-Shoring/Right Shoring

My client is seeking a heavy weight Programme Manager to deliver a strategic operational transformation programme that aims to realise significant business improvements through re-structuring key operations across the global organisation. This is a cross functional role with overall accountability for shaping and delivering the programme to drive the roll-out of the global Delivery Centre programme and the development of global production centres of excellence.

Essential skills and experience:

-A demonstrable track record in delivering major pan-global organisational transformation initiatives cutting across core operations
-Experience of shaping and delivering people, process and systems change involving off shoring/right shoring and organisational re structuring
-Ability to think strategically whilst being very much execution and delivery focused
-Track record of effecting change via engagement with Senior stakeholders and cross-functional Operational SMT members on global initiatives
-Fully realised capability in delivering well structured operational change projects and programmes

Please note that due to the global nature of this role there will be the requirement for a level of international travel
