Programme Manager - Network Rollout (RAN)
This thriving global telecommunications company has a rare opportunity for a Programme Manager to join their team.
As the Programme Manager you will be responsible for coordinating and driving a series of upgrade and modernisation projects. The scope of work will include delivery of 2G, 3g and 4G sites across a geographical region and managing rollout and swapout projects in the RAN area. To ensure the smooth running of this operation you will need to oversee a team of Project Managers as well as manage the deployment of resources, whilst following company procedures. As the Programme Manager you must have the ability to see the bigger picture and to respond both quickly and positively.
As the ideal Programme Manager you will have the following key skills:
* Proven RAN/RBS rollout or swap out experience in a complex environment
* Excellent customer facing and relationship management skills with Senior Stakeholders
* Detailed technical knowledge of RAN products and services
* A proven track record working with budgets in excess of £5m, including accountability for end to end scope and cost management.
* Delivery of rollout plans to achieve business objectives and contractual milestones
* Educated to degree level or equivalent as a necessity and Prince 2 or MSP ideally.
As a successful and experienced Programme Manager your exceptional interpersonal and communication skills will be essential. Your strong work ethic and motivational nature will aid you well within this role. Having strong organisational ability and the ability to work well under pressure will be vital to your success.
