Programme Manager - Netherlands

PROGRAMME MANAGER

My Client is looking for an experienced Program Manager who has over 10 year business experience in Project and Program Management in a large multi-national environment.

You will preferably have experience in projects/programs in these relevant business areas (manufacturing, supply chain, business planning, customer support or quality) within a technical industrial environment and with an IT component

-Has proven coaching and mentoring skills and experience

PERSONAL SKILLS

-Project management (PMBOK, Prince2 certifications preferred) experience;
-Demonstrated successful Program Management experience;
-You can naturally convince, inspire and motivate people;
-Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships on different levels in the organisation
-Able to cooperate and communicate on all levels in an organisation;
-Sensitive to political environments and multiple stakeholder agenda's
-Improvement and pro-active mindset;
-Driven, enthusiastic and persistent character in combination with a healthy natural curiosity;
-A seasoned professional with entrepreneurial outlook

We need someone who is local to the Netherlands market as the rate will not be attractive to someone who will need to relocate.

Excellent written and spoken English is a pre-requisite. Any other language is a bonus

Location is Eindhoven - Netherlands
