I'm looking for a Programme Manager who is hot on detail and process and doesn't mind rolling up their sleeves and getting stuck in. They need to understand programmes in detail - resourcing plans, steering group governance, status reporting, getting varied parties together to resolve issues, looking at criticality etc. They also need to speak Spanish as this will be dealing with a vendor in Spain.
