Projektbeschreibung

Programme Manager Insurance - to work with established financial services client based in Edinburgh, to implement the charge cap and removal of commission on LBG pension products.

The following combination of niche skills are essential:

- Proven track record of successfully delivering business transfer efforts under Part VII of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to Executive and Board levels
- Ability to manage technical actuarial and legal resource, including procurement of external partners as required
- Ability to structure, establish, lead and motivate a complex programme with diverse project workstreams
- Experience in coordinating communications with regulators (PRA, FCA) and managing to achieve required approvals
- Ability to define and coordinate a significant customer communication and care exercise
- Successful management of significant IT delivery component through Matrix managed structure
- Management of impacts on Finance operational aspects, including transfer of assets, general ledger impacts and changes to ongoing reporting processes
- Significant financial services and life, pensions and investments experience

In addition, standard programme management skills are required:

- Excellent presentation, verbal and written communications skills across all levels of the organisation
- Ability to analyse and interpret data, with a strong attention to detail, to provide high quality MI and deliverables
- Ability to operate and influence in a complex and diverse stakeholder environment; build and maintain effective relationships
- Self motivation and good organisational and delegation skills
- Ability to appreciate the workload of the whole team and collaborate with colleagues to ensure that the teams targets are met
- Ability to lead and motivate virtual teams
- Disciplined work approach including the ability to work to deadlines, whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy is essential
- Excellent estimation, business case, budget management and cost control
- Ability to provide critical judgment, prioritisation and decision-making skills to deliver business value solutions
- Ability to resolve issues innovatively where options appear limited, and meet key stakeholders expectations within very short timescales.
- Ability to adapt quickly, calmly and positively to changing priorities
- Relevant professional qualifications (Prince II) and tool experience (MSP)
