My Public Sector client based in Northampton is currently looking for a Programme Manager to join them on a 6-12 month contract. The post holder will preferably have a social care workforce sector background, or strong leadership and management strategy experience.

The Programme Manager is needed to contribute to the development and implementation of the Human Resources Organisation Development Strategy, specifically delivery of the Organisational and Workforce Development.

Skills/Experience required:
* CIPD qualified or equivalent
* Experience of contributing to the development and implementation of OWD and learning/training strategies across a multi-sited/multi faceted organisation.
* Experience in developing and delivering a range of OWD and learning and development solutions that meet business requirements.
* Experience of developing large scale OWD and learning and development strategies, policies and plans
* Experience of designing and implementing people performance management processes.
* Experience of the evaluation of training and learning needs across a multi-sited business.
* Experience of effectively managing an organisation wide training budget.
