Programme Manager/HR (French Speaking)

Programme Manager/HR (French Speaking). I am looking for a Programme Manager with a background in HR fields

You will be required to be an 'End to end' program manager (COPAFIJTH) in the HR department - Organisational Effectiveness

Programme scope focus:

Time and attendance outsourcing

Ensure conformity of all on-going projects

Manage the different Project Managers and follow-up of their activities

Stake holder management

you are responsible of the planning for all resources of the program. You coach, inspire, and give feedback during PM's evaluations in a team management role.

Planning - you are responsible for the definition of the scope. (costs, delays and quality).

Finance - you are responsible of the financial baseline of the program

Relationship Management - you are responsible to create & maintain good relationship with the senior management to be sure you have their sponsorship

Issue/Risk/Change Management

Service Level Management & Supplier Management - in collaboration with Procurement, you prepare and specify the sourcing

Programme closure - you ensure all activities till the decommission of the program.

English is mandatory and French is a big plus.

Location is Brussels.
