Programme Manager - Global Website Build - Paris

Digital Programme Manager needed for this leading digital agency to be based on site with their client in Paris - France for a 4-5 month project 4 days a week. In the role you will be Programme Managing a complex global website build with multiple region rollouts (this site will be rolled out in 60 markets), effectively helping to remodel a complex global programme which needs bringing back in line.

Required Skills:
- Experience of large, complex global website builds with multiple region rollout (this site will be rolled out in 60 markets)
- Demonstrable experience of waterfall and agile project management methodologies
- Ability to remodel a complex global programme which needs bringing back in line - crisis management.

Specifically:
o Ability to define and establish clear process and documentation to manage global development workflow efficiently
o Ability to redefine roles and responsibilities across disciplines to drive clarity and efficiency eg clear ownership of specification documentation and sign off milestones
o Ability to set up regular reporting documentation that gives clarity to clients on project progress, risks and dependencies and instil that discipline within delivery management team and project leads
o Ability to prioritise effectively based on the key business drivers, manage expectations with senior clients diplomatically and clearly

Essential:
- Role will be based in Paris starting ASAP.
- Expenses will be covered as follows:

o Accommodation (hotel or serviced apartment)
o Travel to and from UK Eurostar to Paris office (standard class ticket + taxi/metro) -
o Food - not alcohol - expense
