Programme Manager - Front Office Risk - Fixed Income - London

PROGRAMME MANAGER - FRONT OFFICE RISK - FIXED INCOME - LONDON

My client a Tier One Investment bank based in London, is looking for a business facing Programme Manager to head up a large Front Office risk programme focusing on transformation to the Front Office risk environment with a particular focus to Fixed Income.

The client is in the midst of a large Front Office transformation project and the candidate will work to ensure the smooth development of this project within the risk space.

SKILLS:

- Experienced Programme Manager
- Preferably from a development background
- Extensive understanding of Fixed Income, Rates, Credit or Emerging Markets
- Extensive understanding of Front Office risk
- Scoping and Planning of the Project to achieve the stated objectives
- Facilitate the on-going identification and management of issues, risks and dependencies at a Project level
- Escalation point for the Project team
- Ensuring that Workstream and Programme level threats are efficiently escalated through the appropriate channels
- Accountable for the delivery of the stated Project objectives
- Resource and Budget management responsibilities for the Project
- Responsible for ensuring that weekly status reporting is provided to the Workstream
- A solid understanding of the Investment Banking product groups (Flow and Structured across both Trading and Banking books)
- Proven ability to communicate with all levels of Management in a clear, concise manner
