The successful candidate will provide team leadership to change professionals, developing colleagues through challenging objectives, feedback & coaching. This may be with a permanent team or a Matrix structure to identify best practice both internally and externally.
You must have knowledge of Global Payments within Retail Banking.
Experience of engaging with a diverse group of stakeholders up to Executive and Divisional board level to influence strategic direction of key programmes to meet business goals is also essential.
Rate: Up to £610
Location: Scotland
