Legal profession experienced in chain management and bringing management into new ways.
Must have managed transformation work in a changing environment. Ideally would have worked as Business Change Manager in the past
Must have a background in IT, software development and team management within IT specific projects
Accountable to programme sponsors

Capable of strategies, devising, planning and implementing strategic, highly visible work streams that are very complex in nature.
Senior Stakeholder Management - both Business side and within the IT organisation
Strong communication (specially negotiation) skills
Creative Thinking and Problem Solving in pressurised environment
Truly results oriented and responsible for the success of the programme
Able to manage with tact and sharpness in a partner led business model
Must have 15 years' experience in Project Management of which the last few years must have been spent in Programme Management
Must have managed transformation work in a changing environment. Ideally would have worked as Business Change Manager in the past
Must have a background in IT, software development and team management within IT specific projects
Accountable to programme sponsors
