Programme Manager-Design Lead, Retail Banking, Current Accounts

Programme Manager - Design Lead required for a contract role with our financial services client, based in the North East of England.

The selected candidate will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of design for our client's Current Account Programme.

Applicants should be well versed in managing large and complex product based programmes within a banking environment. Please note, as this role focuses on the development of a current account product, experience of Retail Banking and ideally current account products is essential.

To be considered for this role, your CV should clearly demonstrate experience of the following:
* End to end Programme Management
* Defining and implementing a programme business design authority, including the establishment of control and governance frameworks
* Managing a design authority function
* Driving design through to approval, implementing controls and ensuring focus on business requirements is maintained.
* Stakeholder Management
* Banking Products, ideally Current Accounts
* Working on programmes spanning both IT and Business Change
