Programme Manager - Business Change / Business Readiness / Business TransformationFinancial Services experience is Essential North East - Negotiable Applicants must be eligible to work in the specified location RDF Group are recruiting on behalf of a Major FTSE 100 company who are looking to recruit a Business Change / Business Readiness / Business Transformation Programme Manager for an initial contract of 5 months.Our client, a global market leader in their field are looking for Business Change / Readiness Programme Manager with tenacity and a strong delivery focus to lead and drive the Business Readiness, Implementation and Business Continuity of a large Financial Programme. The Role:* The main focus of this role will be to take responsibility for driving forward a programme of change within the business, delivering a new Product Capability and preparing the Business for the Change (Business Readiness, Implementation and Business Continuity)* You will be responsible for effectively managing and co-ordinating project resource both internally and externally, with outsourced suppliers. * You will take the leadership in the management of senior stakeholders, ensuring that project deliverables are met. * You will perform a key role in shaping the programme to effectively meet the needs of the business. * You will be responsible for managing Programme Launches, Identifying Risks, Indentifying Points of resistance, Conducting Business Readiness Assessments.*You will be responsible for Developing Targeted Change Management plans - communication plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan and resistance management plan. The Essential Requirements:* Strong Programme Delivery background and experience of delivering a large Financial Services Programme of Change (ideally on Transactional Accounts Programme) * Prince 2 accredited or associated accreditation* Strong Business Change Management background - around Business Readiness, Implementation and Business Continuity * Strong background of managing large-scale Programme Launches, Business Readiness Assessments, Targeted Change Management plans* Excellent Senior Stakeholder management skillsOn your application, please note:* Your Location* Your availability to start * Your Daily Rate expectations* Covering Letter in line with the requirements listedThis is a fantastic opportunity to work with a really great company!
