Programme Manager - Business Process Specialist, Lean/Six Sigma

Investment Bank in London is looking to hire a Delivery focused Senior Programme Manager responsible for delivering recommendations for process change in the Finance function. You will be working closely with external vendors to guide and manage their delivery and take Responsibility for designing future projects. This project will see the successful applicant work closely with program Director level Managers within the finance change function.

It is vital that you bring an excellent understanding of process architecture, delivery approaches (Lean Six-Sigma must have) and programme delivery. Key to the role is to be able to look across the solution to ensure its integrity and communicate effectively across all levels (intelligent and articulate with excellent written and spoken English).

MUST HAVE/DESIRABLE:

- Strong Process Skillset - Fundamental, deep knowledge
- Lead delivery experience for major process change projects - Must Have
- Lean/six sigma experience - Must Have
- Excellent understanding of process architecture, delivery approaches
- Team Leading from discovery through to implementation - Must Have
- Top 4 Consultancy background - Highly Desired
