ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- Well developed management skills, including ability to escalate issues in a timely manner and delegate responsibilities where appropriate
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, at all levels and across different audiences. Given the tight time-frame to implement the new governance, ability to influence senior stakeholderscomfortable and effective in a rapidly changing environment with challenging deadlines
- Lead, motivate, develop and appraise team members so that their individual and collective performance meets the current and future needs of the business.
