Responsibilities of the Programme Manager:
As part of the Smart programme, successfully deliver the significant IT (I&R) and business change (including FCoE) capabilities into BAU, with a Pilot, effectively managing the transition from a change programme, into a scalable BAU operation
Requirements of the Programme Manager:
*Must have significant experience in delivering change into a Fieldforce organisation, ideally in the utilities industry
*Programme Management (inc. financial control, planning, resourcing, risk management and status reporting)
*Senior Stakeholder Management
*Experience of managing large scale change programmes and projects (Multi £M) including the delivery of multiple concurrent development projects
*Consultancy skills (eg workshop facilitation, presentation skills)
*Influencing skills (eg stakeholder management)
*Strong commercial and financial awareness
*Programme Manager - Smart Metering essential*
