Programme Manager

My client, a large public sector organisation based in West Yorkshire, is currently looking to appoint an accomplished Programme Manager to join their team on an interim basis (3 months). This exciting opportunity would suit a senior calibre candidate who has significant programme delivery experience ideally within NHS organisations. The successful candidate will have experience of implementing large scale, complex HR/Organisational design initiatives and experience of an end to end organisational design and implementation life cycle including; Collective and Individual consultation processes and procedures, assessment centre development, delivery and transition management between old and new structures.
Candidates wishing to apply must have previous experience of working with and managing key stakeholders including union exposure. Experience of risk management and business continuity planning is essential.
