We are seeking a qualified Programme Manager for our Federal Government Client with a strong understanding of the Programme Management, Vendor Management and Programme delivery to provide overall management and assurance of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) Programme.

To be successful in this role you must have:

- Proven extensive experience of Program Management or related discipline;
- Extensive experience in service delivery;
- Expertise in leadership, execution, stakeholder management and negotiation;
- Significant experience in managing large integration programs using a SOA approach;
- Successful track record, gained over many years, in program management and in managing large complex programs;
- Broad knowledge of commercial, technical and legal issues;
- Ability to manage and mentor high performing contributors who must excel in dynamic, high stress, high stakes customer-facing environments;
- Ability to work collaboratively with peers, project managers, executives and clients at multiple levels within the Department; and
- Must have a current Restricted clearance and be able to obtain a clearance at the SECRET level.

The contract is due to start early December for a 12 month period.
