PROGRAMME MANAGER: 6 - 12 MONTH CONTRACT
We are looking for a Programme Manager, someone coming from a managed services/solutions consultancy house that has experience implementing enterprise solutions from a Greenfield site and large scale delivery operations as full end to end projects. This is not a tactical role this is one level up. It includes providing oversight to internal and vendor project managers and support staff including the ongoing negotiations.
This role is open on a day rate contract basis for 6-12 months initially with view for extension.
The need for the role lies in the customer's implementations - must be implemented to schedule and budget and maintain profitability.
You must show that you have consistently developed strong working relationships with end clients (across a spread of software and financial services and government); working with project teams of up to 20-30 to delivery large complex infrastructure and insure alignment of the enterprise solution to the developed strategy.
- Develop the to be business processes in support of our customer's strategy, including the process mapping of key and critical systems.
- Negotiate with selected enterprise application vendor on behalf of our customer to insure that the enterprise solution supports our customer's to be processes and strategy
MUST HAVES:
- Extensive Project Management experience encompassing various methodologies including PMI, PRINCE2 and so forth.
