Senior Programme Manager
SCOPE OF WORK:
OUTPUT: ON TIME/ON BUDGET DELIVERY OF AN INFRASTRUCTURE MIGRATION PROJECT (PHASE 2 OF 3)
TASK DESCRIPTION:
- Setup project organization, engage stakeholders, define communication plan
- Lead multi-national, multi-discipline team of experts in multiple streams
- Maintain stringent execution schedule to ensure on-time delivery
- Develop implementation plan for project phase 3
- Manage escalations, remove stumbling blocks and maintain goal-oriented culture
SKILLS:
Must:
- Project/Program Management
- Technology background
- Proven track record of project/program management in international companies, financial services a plus
- Leading infrastructure/technology related projects
- English language native or equal
Nice:
- Work experience with regulatory/legislative bodies Technology
- Considered a plus if prior projects included IBM Mainframe technology
- German language knowledge
SOCIAL/SOFT SKILLS
- Track record of succeeding in US/UK cultural environments
- Intercultural conflict management
- Engaging passive individuals in a time-boxed working environment
