Programme Director/Oracle R12/HR Payroll/Shared Service/Transformation/ERP

My client, a large central government body are looking for an experienced Oracle R12 programme director/Senior Programme Manager.

This contract is a 12 month contract based out of my clients prestigious London offices. My client are currently undergoing a large transformation programme whereby they are implementing an Oracle R12 HR/Payroll platform.

The Programme director will have vast experience delivering complex programmes around deployments of Oracle platforms including Oracle HR/Payroll/ERP.

The programme director will be overseeing the programme to deliver up-grade to Oracle release 12. The programme director will be responsible for managing a complex programme with a range of stakeholders Managing the implementation of HR, Finance, Procurement ERP systems to budget.

The programme director will be managing large technical teams and suppliers making sure all technical delivery is up to standard.

Highly desirable:

Oracle R12 deployment, Hyperion, Payroll Shared service Transformation Experience. Public sector experience Working through external contractors in a complex supply chain
