- Deep understanding of Market Risk: VAR, Stress VAR, Expected Shortfall, Back testing, P&L Attribution
- Should have done at least 2 full life cycle projects in a director level especially with Market Risk domain
- Needs to have Rates and Equities knowledge
- Must Have strong Consulting experience
