Programme Director / Head of Regulatory Change A global investment bank have a unique opportunity on a high profile regulatory change programme to ensure the bank delivers on a number of projects within both time and regulatory restrictions. The successful candidate will have an extensive track record of heading up and leading large regulatory projects within investment banking. It will also be necessary to have excellent experience in leading the design and delivery of change within risk and/or regulation. Moreover, it is essential to have an understanding of investment banking products, operations and client on boarding and client due diligence. Essential Requirements - Exceptional track record of delivering risk / regulatory change - Excellent background as a head of department or programme director - Strong understanding of client on boarding, KYC and client due diligence - Proven track record of design and delivery within investment banking - Deep understanding of investment banking products, policies and strategies - Excellent leadership skills and an ability to work with board level members and senior stakeholders - Proven track record of programme delivery on time, within budget and across multiple regions.
