Programme Director - Front Office (F2B)

Our client a top tier bank is looking for a Programme Director to join a Front Office driven programme to improve the front to back infrastructure over the coming year. All areas of the trade life cycle are being addressed and the solutions delivered are business aligned. Business aligned change and transformation will include people, processes, technology and organisational change so a full spectrum of experience across these disciplines is expected.

You will be responsible for the full spectrum of programme director concerns including delivery, communication, governance, relationship management, strategy and control. However, the critical element is without doubt delivery - therefore you will have a demonstrable background of successful delivery of change agenda's.

Our client expects you to have significant programme/portfolio management experience on large F2B strategic initiatives. Strong investment banking experience. Strong communication and decision making skills. Strong stakeholder management abilities. It would be beneficial if you have product knowledge within Equity Derivatives.
