Programme Consultant

Role: Programme Manager
Type: Fixed term contract
Duration: 18 months
Salary: 34k-40k

My government client is looking to recruit an experienced programme management professional to manage and report on a number of programmes that contribute to the delivery objectives of the agency.
Responsibilities:
*Produce reports for senior management and boards on the organisation's performance against targets and produce/update accurate monthly and quarterly programme and financial performance reports using Business Objects
*Support the senior manager in developing and managing processes for programmes
*Risk and issue management and resolution
*Contribute to annual business planning process
*Build positive relationships with key stakeholders

Requirements
*Experience of managing initiatives within a programme environment (preferably within a land and property development environment)
*Business Objects and project monitoring systems experience
*Good commercial awareness
*Financial and Financial reporting experience
*A strategic thinker who is both innovative and influential in nature
*Effective communication skills
*Results driven; able to deliver on time and to budget
