Programme Communications Manager

Contract 'Programme Communications Manager' for minimum of 6 months based in Bournemouth.

The successful candidate will Head up the Communications Workstream on a key business transformation programme.

Role:
* Reports to the Programme Manager. Role has no direct reports but is required to work across a Matrix programme structure
* Responsible for defining the Programme Communications Strategy and producing the Programme Communications Plan
* Manages delivery of communications in line with the Communications Plan
* Engages with Project Managers and key stakeholders on the programme to advise on and determine the timing, content and preferred delivery media for all communications
* Produces communications content as required by the programme team
* Collates feedback on communications from the business and advises the programme team on learning from previous communications

Skills:
* Planning and organising
* Delivery focused
* Tuned into the use of effective language and graphics needed to deliver effective communication
* Highly skilled in producing communications materials and content
* Proficient in the use of relevant presentation tools (eg Powerpoint)
* Personally engaging and able to work with people at all levels
* Good listener, able to gather and interpret communications requirements
* Pro-active self starter who is motivated and able to work with minimal supervision

Experience:
* Held a number of lead communication roles on large scale business transformation projects/programmes
