Programme Communication Manager

A contract Programme Communications Manager is required to head up the communications workstream on a key business transformation programme for a mid-sized market leading organisation.

Reporting into the Programme Manager for a business transformation programme, the Programme Communications Manager will work across a Matrix programme structure to:

- Define the Programme Communications Strategy and producing the Programme Communications Plan
- Manage delivery of communications in line with the Communications Plan
- Engage with Project Managers and key stakeholders on the programme to advise on and determine the timing, content and preferred delivery media for all communications
- Produce communications content as required by the programme team
- Collate feedback on communications from the business and advises the programme team on learning from previous communications

Required skills and experience:
- Experience leading communications on large scale business transformation projects/programmes
- Delivery focused with exceptional planning and organising ability
- Highly skilled in producing communications materials and content
- Proficient in the use of relevant presentation tools (eg Powerpoint)
- Personally engaging and able to work with people at all levels
- Experience of working in a Sales & Marketing environment would be beneficial, but not essential

This is an urgent requirement. Candidates must be available to start within two weeks at the absolute most (ideally immediately available). Contract length will be an initial 6 months with a high chance of extension. This position will pay up to £410 per day (Ltd/Contractor)
