Type: Fixed term contract

Duration: 12 months
Salary: £24,000

Our public sector client is eagerly seeking a proficient Programme Analyst to join their busy team

You will be responsible for:
* Supporting the Programme Manager in: the development of programme procedures and processes; recovery strategy; risk analysis, budget management and in the co-ordination of meetings.
* Maintaining, analysing and interpreting data to identify key trends and issues in support of the Agency's policies, progress and projects.
* Supporting the production of performance reports
* Liaising with partners and Operating Area colleagues to ensure accurate information is captured in the project control system at a project level.
The successful candidate must have/be:
* Proficient in the use of appropriate IT systems, including advanced level Excel
* Hold an appropriate higher education qualification eg BTEC, HNC
* A strategic/innovative thinker
* Able to scan widely for a range of diverse information sources and critically review these to make sound judgements.
* Able to consistently deliver on targets to time, quality and budget.
* Able to communicate with team members, senior colleagues and stakeholders
