Programm Manager (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- Management of interdisciplinary projects in order to build a commercial biotechnology facility
- Integrate the overall plan from infrastructure, CAPEX to process development, scale up and manufacturing
- Support product launch as project hand over to operations
- Manage an extensive project team in a matrix organization
- Project reporting (timelines, content, budget) up to executive board
- Assist with management reports and the preparation of management presentations
- Build escalation process and governance for project efficiency and success
- Establish strong stakeholder management
- Accountable to drive highest level of EHS during project duration
- Management of internal personnel, external consultants and contractors
- Drive identification of risks and implementation of mitigation plans

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- University degree, preferably life sciences and/or business
- Profound experience in Project Management, preferably in biotech environment
- Experience in leading and managing global interdisciplinary teams in a matrix organization
- Experience in building manufacturing facilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Very good skillset of project management techniques (traditional and agile), project management certificates are a plus
- Fluency in English, German is a plus
