JOB DESCRIPTION:
SUMMARY: Looking for someone who is Programe Manager and who is responsible for supporting its Service Now implementation. He/she is responsible for program/project management, in order to manage and complete the project in accordance with agreed plans and budgets throughout all phases, without impacting on business continuity.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- He/She is primarily accountable to manage externals Service Now experts in their delivery for the IT Operating Model program.
- Responsible for leading the functional/technical teams through all phases of the project.
- Responsible for Stakeholder management for senior IT stakeholders (CIO and direct reports).
- Accountable to ensure integrity of the product during the deployment.
- Accountable for the development of testing and migration strategies.
- Thought leader on migrations from Remedy on Demand to Service Now for IT service management processes.
- Manages project risks and issues, and pro-actively starts mitigation actions, ensuring technical integration.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Experienced and skilled program/project manager which successfully performed similar role in multiple major Service Now ITSM delivery projects in major, complex multinational companies.
- High affinity to work in an international as well as multicultural environment.
- Experience in Quality Assurance management, concepts, and application, including the latest SDP-21 version and CMMI methodologies.
- Responsible for tracking key project milestones and recommending adjustments to Project Managers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

NICE TO HAVE:
- High flexibility and experience in prioritizing tasks
- Prior experience working in Pharma or Medical Domain.
- PMP or Prince 2 certification is an advantage..

EDUCATION: Bachelor or Master Degree.

LANGUAGES: Fluent English language.
