Program Test Manager

My client is looking for a Program Test Manager to join their team ASAP. You will be working on site at a large Wealth Management company in the city.

You must demonstrate strong leadership and people management skills

ROLE REQUIREMENT:

- Manage Testing for multiple projects or manage one large testing project/program in Wealth Management area
- Ability to directly interact with the Customer and Senior Management to manage issues pertaining to the project
- Lead the team in delivering and implementing consistent test methodology, disciplines and processes using associated best practices across assigned line of business
- Be the key escalation point for testing related project issues across multiple projects at business portfolio level
- Provide Test estimation and resource plan for projects
- Preparation of project plans and scheduling of activities to honor commitments made to customer
- Defining the project team organization and ensuring timeliness and quality of deliverables
- Allocate and monitor tasks to team members
- Review all phases of the project on a regular basis and suggest corrective actions
- Strong focus and accountability for process improvement in testing
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement activities on test methodology

EXPERIENCE

- At least 8 years of experience in managing multiple Testing projects or single large Testing project or Program
- At least 3 years of strong Wealth Management domain experience; Advisory, Superannuation, Insurance, Wrap
- Agile Experience
