Program Test Director/Manager

Talent International has been assigned this role exclusively and have been asked to find an experienced senior Test Program Manager to work on a major APRA regulatory program of work onsite at a leading financial service client.

Managing a team of up to 50 resources, your extensive experience in senior stakeholder management, strategic consulting and managing large complex transformational change projects is essential to ensuring the success of this project.

This opportunity will suit someone who has moved away from out and out delivery roles and isn't afraid to get some skin in the game.

Working across a number of internal clients you will be responsible for driving major transformational and regulatory change across complex enterprise environments.

The ideal candidate must have a strong history:

- Operating at C Level
- Building and executing complex test strategies
- Strategy development
- Operating in highly regulatory and often highly political environments
- Building trust
- Trouble-shooting and executing broken programs of work
- High end consulting to senior stakeholder
