Program Scheduler Job

PROGRAM SCHEDULER needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Wayne, PA.

Top Skills You Should Possess:
- MS Excel
- Scheduling experience

What You'll Be Doing:
- Work with the Business Partner, the Application, Test and Database functions to understand the requirements and constraints on the deployments schedule
- Develop and publish the schedule of user deployments
- The schedules must be in conformance with the Release Sets issued by the Program Database Administration and comply with the requirements and constraints noted in 1) above.
- The Program timeline requires that users be scheduled two weeks in advance of the deployment date
- Proactively maintain open two way communications with the parties that impact the scheduling process and in particular with the Deployment Managers the Business Partners and the Program Communications Lead
- Lead and mentor other Program staff who support the scheduling process
- Maintain definitive records of issued schedules for example by timely updates to the Program database. Communicate and provide other deployment reporting required by Program management
- Maintain a flexible approach that allows for adjustments to the schedule that may become necessary because of business reasons. Maintain a record of these adjustments in the Program database
- Provides technical expertise in the scheduling process

What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Has solid experience working within a cross functional environment where strong quantitative and communication skills (both oral and written) have been developed
- Has significant experience in a scheduling function preferably in an international setting.
- Has developed the skills that enable a positive contribution working in a team environment.
- Experience within IT would be a plus
- Experienced in preparing accurate and detailed work product
- Accomplished in Microsoft Excel and other products in the Microsoft Office suite
